Yes. Conductive maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and uses bank-grade security practices. All data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3) and at rest (using AES-256 encryption). We require multi-factor authentication for all user accounts, conduct regular security audits, and maintain comprehensive audit logs of all system activity. Your GP has validated our security practices as part of their due diligence process.
Your GP will send you an invitation email with instructions to create your account. Once registered, you can log in at any time at conductive.cloud/login using your email and password. You'll be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication on your first login. If you haven't received your invitation, please contact your GP directly.
For questions about your investment performance, fund strategy, or portfolio companies, please contact your GP directly through the secure messaging feature in the Conductive portal or via their usual contact methods. For technical questions about using the Conductive platform (login issues, document access, etc.), you can reach our investor support team at investors@conductive.biz.
Yes. You can grant view-only access to your tax advisor, accountant, attorney, or other professionals who need access to your fund documents. This can be configured in your account settings under "Authorized Advisors." You maintain full control and can revoke access at any time. Authorized advisors can view documents but cannot make changes to your account or communicate with your GP on your behalf.
