Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Conductive Cloud is operated by Conductive Capital Management, providing AI-powered fund administration services to registered investment advisers, venture capital fund managers, and private equity general partners.

2. Fund & Financial Data

To deliver fund administration, we collect fund structures, LP contact details and capital account data (as provided by the GP), transaction records, financial statements, and documents uploaded to the vault. This data is processed as a data processor on behalf of the GP (the data controller).

3. Voice Data & the Tuning Room

The Tuning Room is a 20-minute voice interview conducted by Ryan, our AI fund administration agent. Its sole purpose is to learn your communication style, fund thesis, and writing preferences so Ryan can draft LP communications in your voice.

How Your Voice Is Processed

Ryan places an outbound call to your verified phone via Telnyx (US-based voice infrastructure).
Call audio streams to Google Gemini in real time for transcription. No audio is retained after the session.
Ryan extracts your writing style, tone, fund thesis, and vocabulary from the transcript.
The resulting text-based voice profile is saved to your firm account in Google Cloud Storage (US region).

What We Never Do With Voice Data

We do not retain audio recordings.
We do not share your voice profile with other firms or third parties.
We do not use your voice data to train AI models.
We do not sell or license your voice data.

Delete your profile any time from the Tuning Room page or by contacting privacy@conductive.biz.

4. How We Use Your Information

Deliver fund administration including capital account management and LP communications.
Generate AI-drafted fund documents in the GP’s voice.
Process fund transactions with full audit trails.
Authenticate users and maintain account security.
Send transactional notifications (capital calls, distributions, document shares).
Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Data Sharing & Subprocessors

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure, AI), Telnyx (voice routing), Resend (transactional email), and Upstash/Redis (session state). We do not sell personal information.

6. Your Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents may request to know, correct, or delete their personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell). Contact privacy@conductive.biz. We respond within 45 days.

7. Security

We use TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, GCP IAM least-privilege service accounts, MFA for all administrative access, and annual security reviews.
